Warranty
The Finnmark FD-3 is backed by one of the longest and most transparent warranties in the residential sauna industry.
- Unlimited Lifetime Warranty: Covers the Spectrum Plus Incoloy infrared heater panels. If a heater fails under normal residential use, it is replaced at no cost.
- 10-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the cabin structure, all wood panels and framework, the LCD touchscreen controller, the power supply unit, and the integrated LED lighting systems.
Warranty coverage applies to residential indoor installations only. Commercial installations carry a 5-year warranty. Replacement parts are shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers at no charge, however in-home labor costs are not covered. Natural weathering and cosmetic color changes in the lumber over time are not covered under the structural warranty.
