A Personal Foundation.

The deepest roots of this store go back more than a decade, to when I first discovered the world of biohacking, clean living, and longevity research. I was a teacher by profession, a whole-foods healthy-lifestyle person by habit, and a curious researcher by nature. I read deeply, tested what I could, and got excited when I saw real results in my energy, my recovery, my sleep, and my overall sense of how much more is possible inside a body given what it actually needed.

That research eventually led me to infrared sauna therapy for my own personal needs. I spent years studying the science, the technology, and the differences between manufacturers. Upon retiring from teaching at age 60, I took some of my retirement lump sum and invested in a sauna of my own. That was six years ago, and it remains one of the best decisions I have ever made.

What surprised me most was the freedom I felt from directing my own timing and especially from the spontaneity factor. I could just pop in and get recharged! Times like a grey morning when inspired to do my qigong practice in its warm radiance. The challenging afternoon when twenty minutes of penetrating heat reset everything. The evening when my body ached, and the sauna was simply there, ready, available, part of the flow of real life. I never had to book ahead. I never had to leave home. I could just flow with my own rhythms.
