Warranty
The Finnmark FD-5 Trinity XL is backed by one of the longest and most transparent warranties in the residential sauna industry.
- Unlimited Lifetime Warranty: Covers the Spectrum Plus Incoloy infrared heater panels. If a heater fails under normal residential use, it is replaced at no cost.
- 10-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the cabin structure, all wood panels and framework, the LCD touchscreen controller, the power supply unit, and the integrated LED lighting systems.
A few important details: warranty coverage applies to residential indoor installations only. Commercial installations carry a 5-year warranty. Replacement parts are shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers at no charge, however in-home labor costs are not covered. Natural weathering and cosmetic color changes in the lumber over time are not covered under the structural warranty.
